Our meeting rooms are meant for member organisations’ meetings, seminars and training sessions. Please familiarize yourself with these booking policies before making a reservation.
You can book a meeting room by using the reservation form (in Finnish) or by emailing info@fingo.fi. We process bookings in the order they come in.
The facilities are available to member organisations on weekdays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on weekends and public holidays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
We provide member organisations with permanent access keys only. To request a permanent key, please email info@fingo.fi and provide the name of your organisation and the name of the person who will collect the key on the organisation’s behalf.
The key and PIN code can be collected from the reception desk at Teollisuuskatu 21 upon presentation of valid identification and a signature. Reception services are open on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Users are responsible for safeguarding the Fingo key and PIN code and must not disclose them to third parties. If a key is not returned or is lost, the user will be charged for any costs incurred in deactivating and replacing the key. Any lost key must be reported to Fingo immediately.
The keys and PIN code must not be stored together or with address details.
The building’s main entrance doors are open on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
When entering the building outside these hours on weekdays (from 5:30 pm to 6:30 am) or at weekends, you must first present your access tag to the reader and then enter your personal four-digit PIN code. Hold the access tag against the reader and, when the yellow light appears, enter the PIN code. The PIN code is required only at the exterior doors.
Occasionally, the readers may not respond immediately, especially if several access tags are attached to the same key ring. In such cases, wait a moment and try again.
If you enter through the building’s main entrance, turn right and then right again, and present your access tag to the door reader. You will enter the lobby, from which you can take the lift to the second floor by pressing the floor button. If you enter through the entrance to stairwell B, you will arrive directly in the lobby with access to the lift.
Meeting participants must be personally admitted to the building by the organiser.
Please note: the following actions related to the exterior doors will trigger an alarm:
Using emergency exit doors between tenant premises will always trigger an alarm. These doors are intended solely for emergency evacuation and not for normal access.
As the user of the meeting facilities, you are responsible for the supervision of Fingo’s property during your reservation period.
Your reservation includes access to the meeting room you have booked, the kitchen, and the office lounge area.
Office workstations, equipment, and office supplies are for Fingo staff only.
We kindly ask visitors to remove their outdoor shoes while in the office. Please leave your shoes in the coat and storage area near the entrance.
When leaving the premises, switch off electrical equipment and close all doors. The office lights automatically turn off at 4:00 pm, but additional lighting time can be activated from the light switch in two-hour increments. After that period, the lights will switch off automatically again.
Please ensure that no unauthorised persons remain in the premises when you leave. Take all personal belongings, equipment, and any items stored in the kitchen with you. Fingo is not responsible for property left on the premises, and the facilities may not be used for storage.
To display content from your computer on the television screen, connect your computer to the TV using the HDMI cable provided.
As a user of the premises, you agree to clean up after yourself in the meeting room and kitchen and to notify Fingo of broken or lost equipment. The user will be charged if any extra cleaning is needed after their booking or if any of Fingo’s property is deliberately broken or lost.
Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets cannot be brought to Fingo’s meeting rooms. If you need a guide dog, please let us know in advance: info@fingo.fi.
The rescue plan for the property can be found in Fingo’s office on the wall of the corridor leading to the meeting rooms. Familiarize yourself with it so you can remember the route in an emergency. You may not use the elevator for emergency exits.
If the user of the premises does not follow the rules of use of the premises, or if Fingo has a justified reason to suspect that the user of the premises’ activities are in conflict with Fingo’s values and methods of operation, Fingo may prohibit the use of the premises for a limited period of time or completely. Any decision about a ban will be made by Fingo’s management, and the user will be informed about it with a written notification. Before making a decision, the user will be given an opportunity to be heard.
