Finland’s Voluntary National Review

In 2025, Finland presented its Voluntary National Review report at the UN High-Level Political Forum. In the report, Finland assessed the status of sustainable development and initiatives related to Agenda 2030.

Fingo compiled the views of Finnish civil society actors on Finland’s progress towards the sustainable development goals during 2021-2024. The views were compiled through consultations and workshops in which a broad range of civil society stakeholders, including young people, participated.

The Finnish civil society assessment of Finland’s key achievements and challenges was incorporated into Finland’s official report. The report can be accessed here.
