Meeting rooms

We offer free meeting rooms in Helsinki for our member organisations.

We offer free meeting rooms in Helsinki for the use of our member organisations. You can organise a meeting, training session or even a small seminar at Fingo’s premises.

All Fingo members can reserve our meeting facilities free of charge. The meeting rooms are located in Vallila, Helsinki, at Teollisuuskatu 21. The facilities are available to member organisations on weekdays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on weekends and public holidays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Keys to the facilities must be ordered in advance and collected from the reception desk at Teollisuuskatu 21 before the reservation begins. Please familiarise yourself with the detailed instructions and facility use guidelines on the Using the facilities page before your visit to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The meeting space can be reserved using the reservation form (in Finnish) or by email at info@fingo.fi.

Meeting rooms

Horisontti is a meeting room with windows and seating for approximately 10 people. The room is equipped with a large display that can be connected to a computer via HDMI and a whiteboard.

Kompassi is a meeting room with windows and seating for approximately 5 people. The room is equipped with a large display that can be connected to a computer via HDMI and a whiteboard.

Other office facilities

Fingo’s office includes a kitchen that member organisations may use. The kitchen is equipped with basic tableware, a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. Please remember to take all personal belongings with you when leaving.

Please note: There is no stove or oven in the kitchen. The coffee machine in the kitchen is not intended for use by member organisations.

Members may also use the lounge area adjacent to the kitchen during their reservation. However, please note that the lounge area cannot be reserved separately for exclusive use.

Training facilities

Fingo also organises events in Kuohu, a meeting and event space located on the ground floor of our office building. Please note that this facility cannot be reserved for independent use by member organisations.

Accessibility

Fingo’s office is accessible by wheelchair. The building has a lift and an accessible toilet. There are some low thresholds (1–3 cm) in the premises.

Arrival

Fingo’s office is located at Teollisuuskatu 21, 00510 Helsinki. The main entrance to the building is on the Töysänkatu 1 side.

There is a taxi stand in front of the main entrance where cars may stop briefly. The building does not have visitor parking spaces, but paid on-street parking is available nearby. There is also a parking garage next door on Elimäenkatu.

  • Bus stop: 100 m
  • Tram stop: 300 m
  • Pasila railway station: 1.4 km
  • Sörnäinen metro station: 1.7 km

Entrance and facilities

The exterior doorway at the building’s main entrance (Töysänkatu 1) is 90 cm wide and has a 3 cm threshold. The interior doors are 90 cm wide and have a 1 cm threshold. Both exterior and interior doors are manually operated and can be opened with one hand. The entrance vestibule provides sufficient turning space for a wheelchair.

The building’s lifts have automatic doors.

The doors to Fingo’s office are manually operated and can be opened with one hand. The office entrance door is 104.5 cm wide, while the meeting room doors are 90 cm wide. The office entrance has a 2 cm threshold.

The door leading to the building’s meeting and event space, Kuohu, is 90 cm wide and has a 2 cm threshold.

Accessible toilets are located in both the building’s entrance lobby and Fingo’s office. The accessible toilet in the office has a 2 cm threshold. Passageways throughout the premises are wide enough for wheelchair users.

Additional information

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in our facilities. An induction loop is not currently available.
