CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Fingo, an umbrella organization for 280 NGOs, is looking for an evaluator or team of evaluators to design and conduct developmental evaluation of Fingo’s PMEL system. The evaluation looks into the challenges of the current system (2019-2021) and develops together with Fingo representatives better PMEL processes to assist the strategic management and learning within the new programme (2022-2025). The evaluation will be carried out during October 2021 – February 2022.
