Meeting rooms

Meeting rooms for our member organizations have been opened at Fingo’s office in Lintulahdenvuori.

We offer free meeting rooms in Helsinki for the use of our member organizations. You can organize a meeting, training or even a small seminar at Fingo’s premises.

All our members can reserve Fingo’s meeting facilities free of charge. The facilities are located in Sörnäinen, Helsinki at Lintulahdenkuja 10 (2nd floor). The facilities are available to member organizations on weekdays from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The keys to Fingo’s premises must be ordered separately in advance and collected from the lobby of Lintulahdenvuori before the start of the reservation. Please familiarize yourself with the more detailed instructions and the rules for using the meeting facilities on the User guidelines page before your arrival, so that everything goes as smoothly as possible.

The meeting space can be reserved using the reservation form (in Finnish) or by email at info@fingo.fi.

Tupa

Tupa is a meeting room with a window. Tupa has seats for about 12 people. The room has a whiteboard and a screen for presentations. New meeting technology enables smooth remote and hybrid meetings.

Kitchen and lobby

There is also a kitchen that member organizations can use during their reservation. The kitchen has basic tableware, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and water kettle for organizations to use. Please make sure that you take your belongings with you when you leave. Please note that there is no stove or oven in the kitchen. The coffee machine in the kitchen is not intended for the member organizations’ use.

Organizations may use the office’s lobby, but please note that the lobby cannot be reserved separately.

Accessibility of the premises

There is barrier-free access to the office from the building’s main door. The elevator has electric doors. The office door can be opened with one hand. Office door width is 100 cm, Meeting room doors width is 84 cm. There is a threshold at the door of the meeting rooms that’s 2 cm at max.

The accessible toilet is located in the building’s entrance hall and in the lift hall on the 2nd floor. The walkways are wide enough for wheelchairs everywhere in the premises.

Guide dogs are welcome on our premises. Please let us know in advance if you need to bring a dog.

The office is located at Lintulahdenkuja 10, 2nd floor, 00500 Helsinki. You can stop by the main doors of the building by taxi. You can also park your car in front of the main door.

Public transport: Distance from the nearest metro station 580 m, tram stop 400 m, bus stop 200 m, train station 2.6 km, airport 17 km.
